Win8.1 Brightness patch program (as a stand-alone download)

I managed to get the Samsung Update package for the Win8.1 Brightness patch program.

Here are the steps:
1. Unzip and install the patch (or get it by yourself, see below)
2. Hit WINDOWS+R and type "services.msc".
3. Look for "SW Update Service". Go into its properties. Stop it and, then, make its startup type to "manual"
4. Reboot after install for it to take effect.

Note 1 : Step 3 is to prevent the system to install the old graphic drivers....
